Dolmen contracting in cooperation with the land owners are planning to construct a high-end building in Caracas, one of the most prestigious areas of Beirut. The area has been developing quickly in the past few years, with more residential units available on the market. This has created competition between developers to provide high quality units.
The development will include 13 floors of residential units with an average of 243 sqm for each unit. In addition, the building will also include a 3 basement floors with a capacity for 42 car parkings.
