Health and Safety Management

Health and safety management includes:

  • Development of measures to ensure compliance with safety norms of the  Contractor’s work safety, health safety and environment protection (HSE) standards
  •  Implementation of “Incident and Injury Free” (IIF) policy on site
  •  Health and safety coordination meetings
  •  Health and safety audits and reports on audit results
  •  Monitoring of Contractors’ adherence to Project Health & Safety plan in respect to:
  •  Assurance of construction site arrangements
  • Enforcement of site safety arrangements
  • Maintenance of proper site conditions
  • Management of First aid services
