Management Plan approved by the Client:

  • Insert quality requirements of design and construction works of the project into Client’s Technical Brief
  •  Elaboration of design documentation formats and submission requirements, including numbering, registration and use of IT systems
  •  Elaboration of Contractor pre-qualification criteria
  •  Analysis of quality assurance plans, and analysis of technical information provided at procurement stage
  •  Review of licenses and certificates of the project participants
